Adnan and Sin Chew Daily, who lied?

Misquoted, a favourite term of Malaysian politicians used for the N-th times.

This time, it was used by the Tourism minister Tengku Adnan.

Sin Chew Daily quoted Adnan talking about bloggers are liars, he claimed he’s been misquoted. So who is the liar?
