Abdullah not happy, tak syok

August 21, 2007

So, Abdullah wasn’t happy with the private sector demanding Mandarin proficiency as a job requirement when hiring.

Rais Yatim said, the cabinet will discuss about it this week, and studies whether to ban reexamines this condition.

Bla bla bla…

C’mon, not all Malaysian Chinese are well versed in Mandarin, i know where you’re going.

Language is a skill, it can be acquired. This statement acts as a filter and those who do not meet the qualification will not waste their own time, and the prospective employers time.

So, i hope the cabinet will discuss something important like the RM4.6 billion Port Klang Free Zone debacle(no bailout!heads must roll!), before they enjoy the kuih-muihs.

Royal Cabinet Circus in town: Nazri the clown

August 17, 2007

resize-of-61892az.jpg

Hello Nazri, this is for you:

PUTRAJAYA: The Cabinet has accepted the apology by student Wee Meng Chee, who caused a furore with his Negaraku rap video clip on video-sharing web portal YouTube, said Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.

However, the Prime Minister said the law would still have to take its course. (source)

This is you:

KUALA LUMPUR: The Cabinet has not accepted student Wee Meng Chee’s apology for the furore caused by his Negaraku rap videoclip on video-sharing web portal YouTube.

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz said the Cabinet had decided yesterday that they were not in the position to forgive him and that “the law would have to take its course”. (source)

You kena misquoted, again? bad reporters!

They only got the “the law would have to take its course” right, bugger!

Please sue them after you’re done suing Youtube.

Anyway, everybody knew Lee Kuan Yew of Singapore insulted this nation before, but all he did was say something funny and they took it as a public apology to them and forgive and forget.

NameWee is a chinese, but he’s no Lee Kuan Yew!

So, he kena.

p/s:Anyway, i’m glad that my prediction was wrong, well done Abdullah!

Negaraku, ku Wait for Abdullah

August 17, 2007

I have a strange feeling that they’re up to something.

A recent national survey shows that the Malaysian chinese wasn’t happy with Abdullah the PM.

So i think this is a perfect opportunity to gain back their support(vote), i’m sure someone will tell him this. That’s why some of his machais played the bad guys role by threatening NameWee with all the laws.

When he’s back, Abdullah will say everything’s ok, no need to charge the young man and forgive him, in the spirit of Merdeka and etc.

Whoah…hero betul!

p/s: this is just my wild imagination, i hope this won’t happen!

Namewee: Negaraku, ku Really kena

August 16, 2007

Remember those heroes?

They demanded him to apologize, he did under extreme pressure.

But what he get in return? forgiveness?

(source)

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz said the Cabinet had decided yesterday that they were not in the position to forgive him and that “the law would have to take its course”. (source)

No! Nazri said, he will be prosecute under the sedition act.

And NO ONE should use their position in the cabinet and political party to help him and ask for forgiveness.

Poor ol’ Dr. Chua Soi Lek of MCA, i think Nazri just told you to fuck off…

Ong Ka Ting must have expected this, so he kept his mouth shut, smart chap.

And the infamous Zam said if this(prosecution) is the wish of the people, then the government will comply.

Oh well, this is the same Zam on Tuesday:

Information Minister Datuk Zainuddin Maidin urged Malaysians to accept Meng Chee’s apology.

“He is still young. We should not be too hard on him but he should learn from this, particularly in handling sensitive issues,” he said, commending MCA on the way the party handled the issue.

Zainuddin hoped the people would not continue to harp on the matter as Meng Chee had already apologised.(source)

The minister asked the people to accept his apology, but the cabinet rejected him later, what happen to lead by example?

Anyway, i thought the police already informed the world that they cannot do anything?

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 7 (Bernama) — Police have no authority to investigate or detain individuals involved in broadcasting the song “Negaraku” which had been adapted to insert seditious elements although it involved a national of this country.

Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Mohd Najib Abdul Aziz said the police could not take any action as the incident occurred outside the country.(Bernama)

The PM’s deparment or Nazri or the Attorney general’s office is more powerful than the police?

If the police have no authority to investigate, how the hell can they prosecute him? I’m no law sifu, so someone please enlighten me.

One last thing Nazri said,

He also said that he wanted action to be taken against video-sharing portal YouTube and other bloggers who have allowed sensitive material to be published that went against the law of our country. (source)

Another hero, pls listen carefully!

August 11, 2007

Look who’s joined the band of heroes to suggest something ‘useful’ regarding the Negarakuku case.

(news link)

In sort, the secretary(Setiausaha Agung) of Gabungan Pelajar Melayu Semenanjung (GPMS) Mohd. Nardin urge the government to cancel all educational aids such as scholarship offered to the Negarakuku guy, should he failed to follow instructions from the government.

This is so hillarious i ROTFLMAO!

I’m amazed by their ignorance really, i believe 99.9% if not all the students from chinese high school( no money from government type of school, yes it exist in Malaysia) receive no help from the government.

Its not a secret the government ignore them chinese high school students, JPA will never sponsor any student to study in China or Taiwan.

The government don’t even recognize the varsity degree there, so its impossible for a scholarship or loan.( That’s 1 of the topic in the Negarakuku song)

Mohd. Nardin, I understand your group only represents the Malays, but you also need to do some basic homework lah.

C’mon…

Heroes of Malaysia

August 10, 2007

resize-of-wtf.jpg

Check out the news below regarding the Negarakuku case, and you’ll ask the same question to the heroes.

Rais Yatim gave the student an ultimatum demanding him to apologize publicly to the ‘Malaysian Government’ or he will lodge a police report after Merdeka day.

They always complain about not having enough man power in the police force but this hero decided to waste them even though the police got no power in this.

PUTRAJAYA, Aug 9 (Bernama) — The government cannot recall the Malaysian student studying in a Taiwan university for mocking the national anthem as he is not a government scholar, Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar said

[…]

“Once the charges are in place only then we can apply for an extradition and that also depends whether there is an extradition treaty between us and that particular country,” he told reporters after the Asean Day flag-hoisting ceremony in conjunction with Asean’s 40th anniversary Wednesday. (Bernama)

The foregin minister knew Malaysia got no formal diplomatic ties with Taiwan and extradition treaty as well, but he must act like a hero and say something to make himself look powerful.

Or he really is just another half past six minister?

They can say whatever nasty things they want, threaten him with whatever punishment they can imagine even though most of them never view the video with proper translation.

But the truth is the authorities got no power & extradition is impossible.

The heroes are powerless & making meaningless threats.

Negaraku,ku kena.

August 8, 2007

(source)

As usual, those who talk or sing in this case, about this nation’s wrongdoings will kena, not those who committed it. The truth hurts, no?

So they wanna get this guy, but first they want to check whether he’s a government sponsored student, if yes then they will ask him to come back to face the music.

He’s a former chinese high school student(no money from government type of school,ok?), now studying in a Taiwanese university, i’m pretty sure the government don’t give a shit about him.

Do they even need to check?

I’m a Member of Parliament now, a YB!

August 1, 2007

According to Wong Chun Wai, we are not goblok or monkeys but Yang Berhormat MPs.

The use of four-letter words has been allowed to go through without any moderator to delete them. Bloggers cannot criticise our Members of Parliament for using unparliamentary language when they themselves allow such obscenities on their blogs. (On the beat)

So, blogosphere is also a Parliament and bloggers are MPs debating about national affairs and what not inside it, so all YBs please behave.

These are some example of unparliamentary language used by my colleagues in the other Parliament:

1) Stupid

2) Bocor

3) You tak suka, you keluar dari Malaysia!

As a YB, i proudly announce that I have not say those words/terms in my blog parliament.

About the 4 letter words, i was misinterpreted, i’m sorry IF anyone felt offended by the word but i did not say it.

Close one eye, ok?

Bloggers are DEMONs, worse than LIARs.

July 25, 2007

On monday, 1 UMNO senator who was caught red handed while trying to smuggle millions of cash out of Australia few years ago lodged a police report on Raja Petra Kamarudin(RPK) of Malaysia Today, RPK was accused of insulting Islam and the King of Malaysia.

This is what RPK got to say. [here]

This is the senator. [here]

And Today, one Nazri declared WAR on Malaysian bloggers and threatened to use ISA & banish them.

“試想想,當一個人在部落格,把馬來統治者的畫像貼在自己的屁股上,然後在上面放屁……這種畫面,看在我們眼裡,我們會有何感受?” [full report]

He said some blogger pastes the Malay ruler’s portrait on their own ass, and then fart on it.( some sort of poster i think)

I do not believe in this, anyone saw this poster before please send me the link.

If it’s true, then we’re truelly demons 666.

Blogger Nat Tan Arrested: Let them fight their own war

July 17, 2007

I just read something about last night’s vigil, the family wasn’t happy with the political figures present, said it was hijacked and turned into a political agenda. Someone mentioned that they felt uncomfortable with the “Reformasi” chants, but i remembered reading Nat’s dad told the press his son taught his cell mates the “Reformasi” chant.( the news) So why the hell those ppl went to the vigil i have no idea.

Nat’s girlfriend said on her blog:

Hafiz quote me saying that the vigil was hijacked. I don’t mean to sound ungrateful but I really was uncomfortable with the whole PKR gig going on and I wanted to respect the wishes of the parents. It was more protest than anything and I really didn’t want it to affect the very simple thing I needed to do that was very important – giving Nat a bottle of mineral water.

The moment I gave the water to the officer, she asked if I was part of the group outside and fearing she would just drink the water herself or worse, wash her feet with it, I said no and expressed that I just got here and I was going home right after. So you see, some things needs balance. We found out that Nat got only one out of the two bottles we bring to IPD Dang Wangi each night. From what I heard, people were harping about freedom of speech online or whatever …. Nat told us that this is not a case of freedom of speech. This is a case of detention without valid reason under draconian laws.

This is really disappointing, so this is not about freedom of speech online or whatever, what is whatever anyway? all the while the media were telling us he was arrested for a blog post, if this is not true please clarify.

Its a pity a bottle of mineral water is more important than those “whatever”, tap water in lokap will not kill a 27 yo adult ok? beating, yes, but with all the attention, the best they can do is give Nat a black eye like his boss Anwar Ibrahim(assumption only).

Nat is a PKR member, a member of PKR Information Bureau, arrested for a blog post regarding a minister of the Malaysian government. This is political from the very beginning, get real.

So i think its best the family fight their own war, you political figures and those harping on freedom of speech online or whatever, pls stay away.
